
On the first day, in a non-heated room, we’ll dive into the Standing Series, exploring postures that build strength, balance, and endurance. Erik will guide you through each pose with detailed alignment cues and modifications to help you perfect your technique. This session is ideal for anyone looking to improve their standing postures, build stability, and increase their overall body awareness.

Erik Persson
Erik Persson is one of Europe’s most experienced Bikram Yoga teachers, graduating in 2009 and earning the title of “Best Yogi” at his training. Since then, he’s taught and hosted workshops worldwide, contributing to multiple teacher trainings and serving as a certified A-level coach for the International Yoga Sport Federation.
As a practitioner, Erik has competed at the highest level in Yoga Asana, winning the European Yoga Sport Championship (2015) and the World Championship of Yoga Sport (2020). Based in Malmö, Sweden, he runs a small yoga school, teaching classes daily while enjoying life with his wife and two children.
